My name is Nathan Hutzler and I am the owner-operator of
Lava
Auto Tire Service & Car Wash. Prior to my recent purchase of the business, I was employed by the previous shop owner for the past 20 years in the position of Service Manager. I, along with my team of ASE Master Certified Technicians, worked in at one of their locations in Salem prior to our move to run and operate the Albany location in 2021.
Our technicians are skilled and have a wealth of knowledge on just about every make and model of vehicle, both foreign and domestic. This crew is stellar. They are highly trained with years of experience. Our technicians have been working under me, and now working for me for the past from 8 to 20 years.
We have a great service team of professionals that truly know what helping people means. Our goal is to meet all of our customer’s needs, repair their vehicle in a timely manner, keep the customer informed as to the status of their vehicle, all at a competitive price. We don’t believe in surprises. Transparency is not just a word to us. It’s the way we do business. We strive to not only meet our customers expectation, but exceed them. We will always inform you as to the required repair(s), condition of your vehicle, and provide you with our professional recommendations along with the reasons behind those recommendations.
